I am an artist, educator and avid, although somewhat lazy gardener living in Hamden, CT. Although I like to experiment with a variety of media, I consider myself first and foremost a printmaker. I am fascinated by the various tools, the smell of the inks, the feel of the papers, the machinery of the press. I play with color, pattern and texture and incorporate these elements into my explorations of nature, architecture and faraway places.

CHRISTOPHER MARTINS THANKSGIVING DINNER
FOR THE AREA HOMELESS AND WORKING POOR FAMILIES
Every Year on Thanksgiving Day, Christopher Martins Restaurant opens its doors for up to 500 working poor and homeless people. We serve a full 3 course sit-down turkey dinner as well as providing take home packages of canned food, toiletries, and clothing. Dinner is served on linen draped tables in our dining room and pub by uniformed waiters, just as it is served every other night of the year. This past Thanksgiving; with the help of our friends from the community, we served 470 meals, a substantial increase from the past several years. Thanks again to all of the volunteers who helped make a nice day for those in need.
